Open Position: Senior Business Process Analyst

Audience Partners, an Altice USA Company, is looking for a senior business process analyst to drive business and operational excellence across all dimensions of our digital media fulfillment group.

The successful candidate for this role will play a central role in helping us design, implement and improve the systems and procedures that create consistently high quality results for our customers. The person who assumes these responsibilities will do nothing less than turn our opportunities and resources into business success.

  • Create systems that result in 99.9% defect-free outputs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in our organization.
  • Expert collection and analysis of business requirements and objectives
  • Analyzing business and technical processes to develop new and modified business information processing systems
  • Communicate vision, strategies, and goals to others and influence peers
  • Design complex IT processes to support media buying, media performance and media optimization
  • Work on complex issues where the process analysis requires an in-depth knowledge of the advertising technology ecosystem, our company, our systems and our people
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls
  • Participate with other senior team members to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Make final decisions on operational matters and ensure effective achievement of objectives



      • Past experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Toyota Production Systems
      • Six Sigma, Reliability Engineer or similar certifications or equivalent training

      Making sure that digital media dollars buy only those ads that are shown to the right person, at the right time and with the right message is a complex task that relies on access to inventory, ongoing testing, efficient purchasing processes, expert media planning and sometimes most of all: the insightful analysis of billions of ad-purchase data points.

      That is where you come in: we need a creative data analyst that wants to work in an entrepreneurial setting to help us describe the impact of our media spends, develop efficient buying policies and create related workflows and infrastructure.

      This is a cross-disciplinary role that will give you the opportunity to display (or develop) a mix of capabilities in areas including ad-tech knowledge, statistics, programming, data base management, and data visualization.
