Job Description

Audience Partners, the market leader in providing enterprise advertising management solutions to the political, healthcare, telecommunications, causes and commercial markets is seeking a smart and collaborative team member to help drive our marketing and strategy as a marketing manager. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of the company’s corporate, product and vertical marketing and communications efforts. This position is full-time and can be located in NYC, Ft. Washington, PA, or Washington DC.  This is a rare opportunity for the right individual to play a key role in our growth strategy. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this key role will be responsible for driving our Corporate Marketing initiatives ranging from our brand to supporting internal Marketing needs. This will involve everything from product positioning and launches to creation of sales collateral and tools to help better position Audience Partners in the marketplace.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing the next generation of Audience Partners’ marketing materials
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent look and feel across different business units and multiple stakeholders
  • Developing, Managing and optimizing all aspects of a marketing campaign including banner advertising, emails, landing pages, e-books, whitepapers, infographics, etc.
  • Developing sales sheets and sales presentations
  • Designing trade show displays
  • Assist in the development of brand standards and guides
  • Drive the functions of Corporate Marketing, (Brand, Internal, etc.), Product Marketing, Vertical Marketing (Politics, Healthcare, Causes, Commercial, etc.) as well as Global Communications and Public Affairs
  • Assist in the execution of the company’s marketing plans, strategic initiatives and content that drive business results, with the ultimate goal of rapid market acceptance, sales success and leading market share
  • Help build and manage a growing yet nimble Marketing team
  • Through creation of Audience Partners Marketing programs, build and sustain Audience Partners’ aura as one of the hottest companies in media, marketing and technology, with sustainably-differentiated leadership and technology in a multi-billion dollar market
  • Develop product messaging that clearly articulates and differentiates our offerings in the market, including robust sales kit including presentations, briefs, FAQs guides, and related collateral
  • Help create and edit thought-leadership materials designed to accelerate customers and industry awareness and adoption of Audience Partners, such as case studies, whitepapers, vertical industry POVs, and other articles.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics and Go-To-Market teams to develop marketing strategies and roadmap for our audience planning, targeting and measurement products & solutions
  • Lead internal training programs that describe the positioning, value proposition, capabilities, sales strategies, other best practices for our products & solutions
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid and creative and unique solutions are desired

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Corporate / Product / Vertical Marketing or similar roles in the Technology, B2B, eCommerce or Digital Advertising industry
  • Ad Tech, Healthcare or Political Marketing experience a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing / Communications / related degree
  • Natural ability to effectively communicate results/implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences required
  • Must demonstrate the ability to understand a complex business concepts
  • Email marketing experience required
  • Experience with Automated Marketing Platforms a plus
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics required
  • Experience running campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn a plus
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash a plus
  • Experience with HTML and CSS a plus
  • Must demonstrate the ability to create impactful advertising campaigns
  • Expertise in PowerPoint a must
  • Experience designing infographics a plus
  • Business to business experience a plus
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn and to better understand online interactions
  • Aptitude for numerical data with strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and deadline-driven with the ability manage and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a start-up environment (in AdTech, Analytics, CRM, Digital Media, and/or Social Media) with a successful track record in a high-growth, hands-on culture preferred
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to stand toe-to-toe with product, analytics and technology teams
  • Proven ability to participate in and influence cross-functional teams across multiple locations/offices
  • Outstanding communication skills, and in particular the ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages; Exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize a number of concurrent projects under tight time pressure
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships inside and outside of Audience Partners
  • Proven track record with high standards of professionalism, integrity and humility
