Looking for an energetic, self-motivated, flexible, and detail oriented person to be the face of a busy, growing office. Key responsibilities include: reception, administrative and accounting department support.
Warmly and professionally communicate with visitors and clients on the phone and in person. Monitor reception area, conference rooms and kitchen for supplies and tidiness. Assist in data input and other clerical activities. Handle incoming mail, signing for packages, ordering lunches, ordering and stocking of office supplies, fill out expense reports, and organize receipts.
Candidate must possess good writing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to master other computer programs. Qualifications include the ability to respect confidentiality, exhibiting good judgement and the ability to make sound decisions in the absence of direction. Must be able to reliably manage his/her time to arrive on time to open up the office and remain to the end of the work day. Exercising leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with colleagues is crucial.
At least a high school diploma and two years of general office experience and reception work, or a college degree. Must be able to work a multi-line telephone system, operate office equipment and understand procedures and appropriate practices in a professional work environment. A current drivers license is required and experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting skills are big plus.
